I had éclair au chocolat for my breakfast everyday.
Days are getting shorter, temperature is decreasing… Autumn has started to show it’s face more clearly. I’m always searching something that accompanies my tea/coffee during these autumn days. Since it’s the perfect season to cook something with apple, I decided to bake something different.

So, here is the instant solution for cooling down yourselves; homemade lemonade:
🍋 Peel off the lemons and juice the lemons
🍋add 300gr - 400 gr sugar over the lemon peels and leave 3 - 4 hours like that for dissolving the sugar
🍋put "lemon peel +sugar" into a mixer, slowly add lemon juice while mixing
🍋 now all you a need to strain the mix in to the glass jug with a help of a thin cloth to get the extract for the lemonade
🍋add some water to the exract and let it chill in the refrigerator.
