We take care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is only used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using up to 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal information (especially your name, address, and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.
HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
Promo codes may be entered during the COUPON CODE step in the checkout process. Simply paste your code in the box provided, and then click CONTINUE. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders will ship from Milan, Italy within 2-5 business days from when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-6 business days for orders to be delivered within Italy and anywhere from 4-21 business days for international orders. Please note that, any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

WHAT IS ATELIER MAVE'S RETURN POLICY?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund within Italy. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment within 1 - 3 days excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTY CHARGES?
If you're ordering products to be delivered outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees or other charges due to local laws or customs rules.Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we can't offer assistance on these processes.If your order gets stuck in customs, the recipient needs to contact their local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Atelier Mave cannot do this on your behalf.
